Hi guys, Somehow I can't get the ground prices up. In my commercial district is is realy low. The thing is that it is directly connected to a highway and residential area's are on the opposite part of the highway. Is there a good trick to make the ground prices going sky high? And for residentioal area's aswell? I often build parks and thing like that... have a good road network.. but still it won't show off.

Hi everyone. I do have some problems with my GLR. I downloaded the latest NAM and stated creating a small tram link with a loop at both ends. I builded some stations to it. (deleted a part of track, plopped the station and connected it to the tramline. But nothing happens. I don't see a single vehicle on it. Do I need to build a depot or so? And is there anyone who knows where I can find a clear description on how to build a good GLR?

Hi, I downloaded the NAM Januari 2009 for PC, and my downspeed didn't came above 15 kb's. Normally I download from the internet at 1,5 Mb a second. Is there a way to increase my download speed? (via a payed subcription)

Hi, How do I get larger citys? Like those large areas I was used to have in SC3000... to build a metropolis like city... and not just a large town...
