  1. The new SimCity clearly relies heavily on making use of an entire region instead of just self-contained cities. In general, I like that idea and it certainly adds a new level of gameplay. But I'm having trouble figuring out how to actually properly use multiple cities together. So, would love some tips/tricks that you've tried for making use of multiple cities in a region to collectively grow your cities. Whether that's separating out power or dividing up classes or residential or keeping industrial primarily in a single city, etc.
  2. Low skill workers?

There are a total of 2000 students enrolled across Grade, High School and University in a city of 60,000. According to the Education Overlay, all residential areas are indeed educated/enrolled. Residential buildings don't have solar panels (that I can tell), but the industrial buildings are all medium-high with tech levels. I get the message "Worker Shortage" message a LOT (it's pretty much constant), so theoretically I have way more jobs than residents.
  3. I've now had 2 nuclear reactors explode (sigh) because of low skill workers. How can I get higher skill workers? I've got a Grade School, High School, University and a few Public Libraries...all with lots of students. Most of my residential seems to be middle class.
