A recommendation for the lightning: We already have a destructive version of lightning in the disasters area, so why not put some non-destructive 'sheet lightning' in that has something like a 1 in 100 chance of causing a temporary blackout for about 5 game hours or smething, if that's possible.

This is for reasons that I will not declare, but has nothing to do with helomoto. I have enjoyed taking part, yet i feel that my time here has not been best spent.

Memories, eh? *looks deep into the empty head of mine* I found things! My first ever download for SC4 was from here! It was the Snowcapped Terrain mod! Sam + Ry...how can anyone forget! My first post in Screwballl County, which to me was an honour, since that is one of my favorite journals of all time! Winning a trixie in 2004 was also an honour...definately the highlight of my ST stay! Becoming a Temp Op for the first time in chat was also yet another honour, since I was one of those people who could keep the peace of the chat, making it a much better place for a while. I felt like I had responsibility, and was honoured by this. That's all that I can remember. Mr Veggie

I shouldn't think it's cheating. It's an ingame thing which isn't cheating money. Governments do take out loans in real life so it shouldn't be cheating. Mr Veggie EDIT: I tried SC4 again, and it doesn't work. However, I believe that it was the problem, but since I started the city with the American NAM on a british version of SC4, the 2 languages conflicted and adding the left-hand driving dat was just a little too late. I won't try again, since this was my 3rd and best attempt and I don't believe I can Match it. I could try and replicate the city, tile by tile, which would be possible with the pics that I have. But it is unlikely.

I think I have found my problem I hadn't got the LeftHandDriving.dat installed for NAM. Have now, but still need to test it. Mr Veggie

Wow! I like! Slums don't matter, If land Value rises, desirability for High wealth residential will rise and it will begin to grow there in time. It's just a little waiting game. As for everything else, I love it! Mr Veggie

Well, I tried the city on my sisters PC and...it doesn't work. Thus meaning that I will have to withdraw from UCS2...which is something I really didn't want to do. Wish you all the best of luck... Mr Veggie

I am very sorry to say that, due to the fact that I have quite a lot on my plate within the next few months, and that my computer is making it practically impossible to use SC4, that I will have to temporarily resign from the Mapp Squad. I am expected to get a new PC at around November, December, January time so maybe, if SC4 works, I might consider rejoining. But until then, consider me a 'dead' member until further notice. Very sorry to have to do this... Mr Veggie
