    i am sorry for not putting in the buliding. As HighRiser said, it is my first lot. I used the EasyTweaker for editing it, and saved as an .dat. file. Maybe it was going something wrong with it. Hope it will work now. Sorry Sorry and Sorry ;->

    You Need the Pond Kit to have all the textures. The lake is not ful included, so you have got the possibility to make it as large as you want.;->

    Now, we all, the hard working majors can now live and reign in an adequate mansion. It requires a lot of power and water, because of all the pools, playing grounds and spot lights needs a lot... Has got a large park effect for residential Vote, if you want more.... I have updated it now, hope it works... I used the EasyTweaker and saved as an .dat file and add it to the gallery. Maybe someone knows what my mistake is?
