Hi, I am a new fish here. I got a serious problem. I bought a Simcity 4 Deluxe edition for mac. Then I copy the whole files into Application folder. When I first ran the game, I found very object has a "black boundary" or a "black box". Then I downloaded couple zip files from here that includes "Graphic Rules.sgr" and "SC4_RH&Deluxe_Pre2PostUpdate1_InstallationFilesDifferential.zip". And put the SC4_RH&Deluxe... folder into Plugins folder. But it looks they didn't work. So I don't know what exactly I should do to fix this problem. I need you guys help.
