just to correct your info, the library is located in Pekanbaru, the capital of the state (province) of Riau. Are you gonna make another building, such as UOB Plaza Jakarta?

Hi! i just installed davinci2 in my simcity4. however, when i put the building in my city, then i click on it, the dialog box(am i correct?i don't know the name,the box that appears after you click using a question mark in simcity4). the dialog box doesn't appear..Something wrong,eh?please help.
