  1. Diggers Showcase

Date: 7/5/2005 10:51:13 PM Author: Lord_Bertrum It all depends on what you expect from the placement of a house on a plot in your local neighbourhood. For example in the UK a similar house would have a very small front garden. In this case the model would be far forward on the Lot and you could probably get away with a 2x2 plot. However perhaps in the US, you get a bigget plot size for a house like this, in which case the house is set back from the street a little more yet the house still has a large back garden a 2x3 is more appropriate. quote> here in canada the yards are always big, you never see gardens in the front yard anymore, as a matter of fact I would almost bet that 95% of the people here don't have gardens anymore. Most of the houses are set back on the lots for driveways and most medium wealth people have garages

The house is made of conifer logs that are luxurious, carefully made, with high quality materials and detailed design, that can not only satisfy but also amaze even the most demanding architect. It is the combination of nature and architecture which gives us a magic result, like our childhood dreams, where nature and its secrets played with our fantasy. It reflect the balance, the beauty, the peacefulness and the silent power of nature and forest. The timber is natural, friendly and warm material and so is harmonised nicely, more than other materials, in the place we live, move and relax. Which other house can communicate so nicely the happy feeling of comfort, warmness and peace? The factor of comfort on the inside, because of the natural source of timber, is the best we can have comparing to other construction materials. The lack of technical and chemical materials which are bad for the health, set the houses made of tree logs, absolutely hygienic and ecologic. The specs. are as follows: Size 3 lots 3x3 Growth stage 5 Bulldoze cost 171 Wealth Medium Occupants 16 Power Consumed 1 Water Consumed 7 Flammability 28 Building Value 1158 I'd like to say 'thanks' to Lord_Bertrum for all his help and advice with the lot and BAT, without his advice neighter the BAT or the lot would look as good as it does. Thank you. Check out my showcase

Date: 6/27/2005 10:52:41 PM Author: Lord_Bertrum Date: 6/27/2005 5:53:35 PM Author: digger313 I'd like some coments for this log cabin......like is it to light or dark.........anything. Thank you Ok, I'd suggest, lighten the roof a tad, and give it texture that suggests that it is made of tiles, I'm assuming green wooden tiles, may be they're something else. Change the grass colour to make it blend into the game. Remove the coloured plants at the front which I think look odd and then put a fence or bush around the garden. Lord_Bertrum I'm trying to make the roof look like green metel tin, I'll change the grass color and redo the lot so it doesn't look so fake putting a fence or bush around the garden is an awesome idea, thank you EDIT...Here goes, I redid the grass and changed the roof a little and redid the lots. Let me know what you think. http://img167.echo.cx/img167/6923/image117yp.jpg align=baseline> http://img167.echo.cx/img167/4862/image124kf.jpg align=baseline>
