Ok..this is a weird one. Just by single clicking on a DAT file in my plugins folder windows explorer crashes!! Any idea wth is going on here?

Thanks for the responses. That's too bad. I don't have much custom content installed. Just some new buildings but no new power plants. Should 1 power plant be enough to power a city of 70k?

A couple others I just remembered! What's the best way to deal with trash? I've got all the trash reduction ordinances on and 3 recycling centers for a city of 70k. I don't want a trash to power plant and I don't want my city nothing by zoned garbage dumps. Also, power usage is pretty off whack. I have three power plants for a city of 70k and that's just ridiculous. Any cheats to make power plants more productive?

Two questions if anyone can help. Can I export trash to a neighbor city connected only by water? I gave both sides passenger/car ferries and no neighbor deals have happened. Is it possible to adjust the city size? Like, I read how to adjust region size, but I'd like to make a city bigger than the large city size. Sorry if these are answered elsewhere. I tried using the search function, but it doesn't work well.

Now, right click IE (or Firefox) and run the browser "As Administrator" instead of just double-clicking on it. Vista requires your browser to run in "Admin" mode to run the download-plugin process.
