Did you move to Asia from Germany or still live in Germany but downloaded a piarated Asian version? Either way, you must buy the European version to make your Asian game German.

Post pictures of the game from before 2002. In 2000, not long after SC3 Unlimited was released, they began work on Timbuktu, the game that would become SC4. Post game pictures from back at that time!

This thread is to discuss the Road Addon Mod (RdAM), which gives SC4 Roads new textures, thus extending the SAM concept to Roads. FAQ: Q: When is the RdAM going to come out? A: We have not set up a release date, and by NAM Team laws, no public release dates can be given. Q: When is it going to be done? A: It will be done when it's done. Q: Will it be a seperate download like the RHW, SAM, HSRP and the upcoming NWM? A: Yes. Q: Will it be compatible with other road mods such as the SFBT Euro Road Texture Mod? A: No. Q: Will it work without Rush Hour/Deluxe? A: No, the RdAM will result in problems when used without Rush Hour/Deluxe. Q: What are the textures included? A: 1 is a double yellow line with a single dashed white line in the center (common in the USA until 1971), 2 a single yellow line next to a single dashed white line (also common until 1971), 3 a single dashed white line (common until 1971 in the USA, but still common in Europe), 4 a single yellow line next to a single dashed yellow line and 5 a single dashed yellow line. How did SimCity 4 get started? One day in 2000, a few days after SC3000UL was released, an email from EA expressed Maxis into making a fourth SimCity. In the next four years, Maxis worked hard to make the game which became SimCity 4. Work was slowed down due to RL and making The Sims and the first three expansion packs. Once SimCity 4 was complete, it hit store shelfs on January 14, 2003. Soon, they started work on Rush Hour, which would add so much to transportation. Once completed and released, players could now build ground highways, and even drive in their cities through UDI or U Drive It! In late 2003, both SC4 and Rush Hour were combined into a single game called SimCity 4 Deluxe. The following year, the NAM was born. Today, it adds more to transportation options including GLR, as well as the RHW, SAM, HSRP and coming soon, NWM.

barryborder22 posted a topic in General Off-Topic
I live in Monroe, that small town halfway between Detroit and Toledo. However, on Saturday, I am going to see the McNamera and North terminals at Detroit Metro Airport in the city of Romulus in Wayne County. I need help getting there! Please tell me what I could see along the way! -

Looking at that link, I-275 looks like an RHW-6 (from Telegraph to Eureka (my route)). From Telegraph to I-75, it is an RHW-4 and I-75 near I-275 looks like an RHW-9 (not possible in 2.0, but will be in 2.1 unless you follow Haljackey's Multi-RHW guide but add an MIS road next to one side. -

I'm heading down I-75 from Dixie Highway to I-275, then up to Eureka and east to John Dingell Drive up to Rogell Drive, then head right onto Lucas Drive to the shuttle pick-up area at Avis. Post pictures of the route so that I know what is like along the way. -
So, when are you going to get Rush Hour? Will it cost in your area, $47,000,000,0? If it is, myabe for Christmas either this year, 2009 or 2010? P.S. My SC4 is Deluxe with lots of downloads from the STEX and some from the LEX.

I also noticed the transportation advisor's name was Glint Wheels, until they thought was too weird and changed it to Jamil Herd. Has anyone noticed this?

Pulled around same timeframe as Municipal Services.

Avenues with Turning Lanes.. where can I find them!
barryborder22 replied to jlvannat's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
That will be the NWM or Network Widening Mod. It's not out yet, but (hopefully) soon. It will have three avenues with turning lanes: the TLA-3, TLA-5 and TLA-7. There was an eyecandy center turn lane mod for avenues by ryan_sc4 which is now locked along with the rest of his files. -
