I'm a Chicagoan so, I see a mix of every type of suburban development. In recent memory, I don't think I ever saw another CJ that actually landscaped around BAT's of all sorts? Actually. SC4 has been around since 2003 like you stated, however, what's with this 4 year gap between 2000 and 2003 ( See my point ) ? Might wanna change that to "Over the next two years."

Hello everyone! I just wanted to share a bit of what I am currently working on right now. This is a real-estate banner advertising "Cuesta Verde'. If you don't know ? -Cuesta Verde is a suburban town that was featured in the movie POLTERGEIST. I always wanted to live in a neighborhood like that -minus the ghosts that is. Ha. And, yes of course, Dr. Sue Johanson is Cuesta Verde's Senior Agent. I hired her yesterday. I just love her. There will be a lot happening in this new residential area for the fact, it's a new way of thinking about "livabilty". Cuesta Verde is situated atop a great plain to the west of Balenbree City. The suburban town will boast some the most exceptional schools of their time. ( I learned a lot with the previous updates ) By no means is Balenbree City being abondoned! I'm just going to consider it a very detailed sandbox. Eventually it will become very poor and abondoned ( I'll get into details how I do that in a future update ), and looking historic. Afterall, in my opinion, we all live in or near a town that really has a bad reputation...Well, that will be Balenbree's destiny. This will be fun. VINCENT REPLIES (10-05-08 ) Thanks everyone. Quite detailed... very close the actual pics.. One thing that does bug me a bit....the str8 paths in the golf course. Do you have curved pieces you can use.....its very lineal.
