I've had this problem before but only with manufacturing and dirty industry. The ticker advice would suggest that "you need more xxxxx in your city", so i would zone for it and nothing grew, v frustrating. Make sure you're not trading out all of your office resource too. May I ask what the population is in the city?

You might also notice that the contracts will also lapse after a certain point too, for me its after 5 days or so in game time.

Really? Never had any trouble getting offices to work without any hotels in my city. Im only playing solo though, cant speak for PO.

Granted its pretty tricky to deal with pollution in the city. Obviously the distance between your polluting type buildings, and your buildings that are negitavely affected by it will be the best safeguard, this works quite well in CXL as the citizens satisfaction doesn't seem to go down with regards to commute times. Trees certainly can help also. You will notice that the pollution decreases in intencity as it spreads away from the sorce, keep this in mind as your elite and executive folk (both resi and commerce) will be very unhappy in the stronger zones. Makes planning your city quite challenging.

Hello, do you mean they are not 'building'(growing), or they are building but no one is working in them? Also have you checked the status info tabs on your other buildings in the city? It could be that offices are not required at the moment.

Hi, In my experience you have to delete the bus line and start again. Shame really but I have also found that I needed to make several attempts to get the bus line working well. Try using the tabs re; public transport too, as one of them shows the range of each bus stop along the line, thus helping to make that particular line as efficient as possible.
