I had SC4 a few years back, pre Rush Hour, and it was to buggy and gave up on it. I recently got the Delux Addition and have been getting after it a little...a few questions since the game has evolved so much and been modded to death it seems.. I still get stalled at 100k people. Abandonment, sims won't find work, low Co$$$ demand, etc. I'm sure I'm missing something obvisous, its just frustrating. I've tried to install the third Maxis update three times. Every time it says "similar file found, contents don't match" or something, skips a few, updates a few others. I don't think its updated correctly. I installed NAM, but I still have commute problems....did so mid region though, do I need to start over? As far as Colossus or other Mods, or buildings, is there a "pack", or is most of this a building by building deal?
