Very interesting but the logic behind all that is quite confused to me. I think that EVL, as a state-own company, should be protected against agressiv take-overs. By definition, the state/government/municipality owns and controls the company and this enterprise/corporation cannot been buy against the will of said government. Because in order to be buy the company, the buyer must contact officially the government and submit his offer. If the entreprise is just partially own, usually governments keep what's call a "golden share", a shining thingy that give them the power to overrule any other shareholder. Therefor I just can't see how your little "war" can happen... That said, I'm wondering what's going to happen in little East Valley.
