Can some one please help me and tell me why i can't seem to get my number of people in my city over 160,000. THere are load of school, good police and fire, transport it good but loads of poeple dont seem to want to move in. Hope some one can help and thanks in advance.

Its a medium sized tile, 2 connecting citys Not to sure how to check the job how do i do that by using that graf?? The demand is for Commerical$$$ but there is no room.
