Let me know if you guys find anything that fixes this. I'm getting the same problems you are getting with the laggy game and the wierd off color pixels on the lights and some colors. I'm having the same problem and with a very similar setup. Only I'm running winxp 64-bit and have an e7200 processor. You'd think that with 4 Gb of RAM and an HD4850 we'd be able to run this 5 year old game without any problems. .
