Thanks, although I have found a much more fun approach, having only had the game for two years, I have managed to play it properly without cheats!!! Thanks for your help on this though!!

Hello NetPCDoc, I did read the readme file and i started a new city, and it still only had 100k, but when clicking 'Start New City' it said 25mill Thanks
