Hello everyone, i'm new on SimTropolis and i'm italian, so please forgive my low knowledge of english language. I started my new city using the "Making Money The Easy Way" tutorial but now the buying city need power. The problem is that i can't renegotiate my neighbor deal, i can select only 1000 MH. On the contrary, if i try to renegotiate the garbage deal i can select all of the options. Can anyone help me? Thank you.
