UPDATE Nearly nothing has happend since the last time i went to Huetaria city.The only thing that changed was its size. Here we can see that some high wealth residents started moving in, Trying to get a house next to to the prince's. Faircity college, In honor of Dr.Faircity, a famous huetarian scientist who discovered the cure for various heart and lung ilnesses. The new city hall, built over the old comercial district. The principality times's new HQ. It's Huetaria's number 1 newspaper. Now for the bad part of town. The new max-Security prison, The largest license plate provider of all of Huetaria. The Huetarian Military facility complete with a missile launch base. I guess that is all.See you next time.

hello everybody! Today I am going to tell a tale of the principality of Huetaria (pronounced Who-ah-tear-ya)(as in tear apart). The principality of Huetaria borders Bedellia, Jovestall and Lodmina. It is locatated in SimEurope,around where France/Belgium/Germany would be. It's flag might not be the best but it means much to the Huetarians. The capital is Huetaria City, once a small trading post, when the area belonged to The Lodminian empire, around 1700. Here you can see the prince's residence, in Huetaria City's suburbs. Here you can see Govter Building, where most of the goverment works. This is Theklas bay, the sunniest part of the city And that ends our tour. I am going to uptade this as frequently as i can, to show how the city devolops. Goodbye!

Hello today I present to you the city of Banksteele! Story:Not far from Central city it is a small town witch simply popped up when a few surfers came to explore, trying to find a good beach.Not much time after they came here and decided to found a small village, so that they could come here without bringing tons of stuff. Here are the beaches, great as always, But the thing that got more importance was the great forests,filled with wildlife! (And of course, the KFC) Goodbye, see you all next time

Hello I have new pictures about the city! Here we see the financial area (sorry for not having lights) The old farm was demolished and a new residential area was built. many people decided that the city deserved a city hall so with the help of some funding they built ti. most of them were old farmers so to thank them I made a farming zone. I leave you here with a photo of the whole town,now officially a small city!

I said I'd make something big and that's what I am going to do now. I plan to have other cities but lets focus on Central city for now. The city has been growing and the new residential areas are almost finished. This is the new police station,built so that the deputy can have a place to relax after a long day protecting the city Also here is the seaport, bringing lots of stuff in and out of the island This small city has already built it's first med-rise office complex,a nice addition to the town That's all for now! see you next time

I haven't replyed a lot because I had a lot of stuff to do do. next updates will be daily,unless I have a big project like a new downtown,or a long strory

Hello everybody I think you must have been waiting a long time so finally here is my first official update for my city featuring info about the city,the region and the future of this CJ The city is small like shown in the picture but not for long. Info: Name:Central City History:It's an island located in SimSouthern America, it was found by a group of explorers in 1654 who saw natives saying that the land was called Centaah'Citi, later changed to central city by the same explorers. The island was then ignored as it had no value but a rich lawyer, descendant of the captain that lead the team that discoverd the island decided to found his own republic there. He claimed that a third of the island was his property, but after a long time in court he only got a small shoreline on which he built a small settlement in 2000 (present year). P.S. Soon, maybe even today, I shall make another update with further info

Introduction: Right now the first city (Central City) is very small but it will grow to be a huge metropolis and an important Capital. Its agriculture-based now, but soon i shall replace it with apartments and offices. I don't have any pictures yet but I hope I'll have some soon

Hello, I'm going to make a CJ called republic of Torchmend. It's my first one so be nice and I have to tell you that I'm going to use mostly maxis buildings,so it will be attractive in other ways than just some nice-looking buildings.Of course it will have allot of drama and volcanos an such but don't forget it's my first one
