well on simcity4 i am using CAM but i hav 4 million co office $$ jobs and close to 2mill co off $$$ jobs, wot i can understand is; no skyscrapers, just the omnitron thingy off stex everyfing else is pedrianas etc, HHHHEEEELLLLPPP MEEEE!!!!!

the cam is absolotely rubbish only install the CAM wen u hav gotten 1.5mill co office $$$ jobs, use the radical ordiance to sped it up then use it or getting to stage 15 = so long and u can get to 1.5m co ofice jobbs without cam faster than with it, trust me i am not stupid lol coz i had since 2007 -
ty for the comment but with cam if i try to replace it spawns agen neer it so it cant dissapear until my stage 15 buildings come thru and they shu coz i got 1.1m co office $$$ jobs

on simcity4 wen i play, just say i chose nite vision, all is fine but like all the plops that hav lites wont lite, any1 got any advice
