OK here's the deal, I've been re-creating actual cities but due to my limited knowledge (and I'll admit, my laziness), I have learned how to download actual data from the US Geological Survey. So as you can imagine, my 'limited materpieces' are just that, LIMITED to being flat landscapes. Since the landscapes are flat Im able to create the hydrology in those cities. With elevation and not being able to form streams without gouging huge valleys, this is another reason why I've remained 'flat' for so long.
So everyone this is where I need your help. I want to be able to downlownd from the USGS (How do I do that?), I'd also like to add realistic hydrology such as streams, ponds, etc (What are the names of those mods?), and anything else that you can thing of to add a more realistic, aesthetic city. Thank you for your time and help.
