    Oh and another question, can high tech industry be built next to dirty ones? or do i have to demolish them one by one?
  2. How do you solve that? My city has all the services from water to high school, but the demand for high tech industry and high commercial is still low. Is that the reason why my wealthy citizen still got no jobs? How do i manage this?
