How do I unzip the files in my plug-in folders so i can install my mods Thanks

I hate asking these silly questions but i need a little help. First of all I appreciate all help I have been getting from you all. So I have downloaded alot of mods from STEX onto my computer. Now what? I didnt know what to do next. How do I install all my mods onto my game. Once again, thanks for your help

I am a newbie on this site. I have played simcity many times but i have now just figured this entire new world of simcity4. this website is amazing. i have been looking at alot of city journals and there cities are so beautiful and realistic. how and what tools do i need to make my cities look so realistic. is it downloaded mods from this site? or from stex? thanks. much help appreciated.

I have been playing SC on and off for some years now. I have never done any mods as I really just found this site. Checking out this site I have realized I have so much to learn. I have checked out the City Journals and have to say all the cities are so beautiful. Alright so my question. I have downloaded the NAM mod onto my computer. What is the next step so it can be hooked up to my SC4 game. Thanks
