Greetings All, First post! Okay, so I recently got my SC4 disc back down off the shelf, dusted it off and re-installed the game. Now I'm going to ask what will probably be a spectacularly stoopid question, which will also probably get me flamed by the purists among you... Is there a mod or addon or something which will give me a free-build version of the game? I don't want to 'play' the game at the moment, just build a work-of-art city! I want to pick from any of the original buildings myself, and not have them change later on. I want a completely unrestricted SimCity sandbox to play in! I've only got the basic SC4, so possibly this option is available in one of the expansions...? Great site, BTW, some of the city journals are exceptional!
