  1. Strange Bug?

    Hello, I've just installed Simcity 4 Deluxe. On the first try, I added in a few mods (NAT, Industry quad, Opera house fix, Working landmarks, and col-de-sac addon) from this site. I began having this problem: I began uninstalling mods until I had none, every time starting a new city. Now, I've uninstalled SC4, and deleted all folders, reinstalled, and repatched from the official site. I currently have no mods what-so-ever, and I'm having the above problem. Help please?
