I just looked at NAM, and there are so many different traffic plugins for it. Which one will give me the best realism, standard, A, or B? Also, Pegasus has so many mods

So, I just started looking at all the different mods, and not knowing much everything looks daunting. So, are there any must have mods that you need to basically make the game better? Like, any massive high res texture replacements, or game fixers etc? Something that just makes the game a whole lot better? Thanks.
