    Seems pretty good but I've really never had any problem with crimes in my cities. And I even buld my police stations a bit later than some recommend. (But still, my cities don't want to grow beyond 150.000 in population, . ) Sorry if I any caused miss understanding. ;) (Btw this is the first time I've commented FIRST on anything!!!) =D
