How do I turn the direction of a building or of the zones? I have forgotten how to do that and the book doesn't tell anything helpful on that.

Hi, I was playing with the pond set I found in the ST Exchange, and I was trying to get the pieces to turn in a different direction, and I also have noticed that some of the commercial and residential zones get turned in the directions I don't want them going. How do I turn the pond or canal pieces as well as the zones? I was right clicking with my mouse, and seeing that there was a directional thing on the screen, but could not get the piece to turn as needed. I have the strategy guide, but it doesn't say anything in there on that.

I k now that there is a cheat for me to get 1,000 simoleons for use in the game, but I was wondering if there was another cheat to get even more for using in my game. I am still learning the game, and I have usually ended up in the hole very badly and want to be going up on my balance.
