i heard of a cheat that someone uses to make huge cities and it give you like 4 billion dollars or something and then i heard of one cheat that makes skyscrapers come faster? anyone know these cheats?

ok i took a break from simcity 4 for about a year. i started getting good. and then i just quit. now after seeing a few fansites ecspecially this one i fell in love with the game again. i seen how ppl made these amazing citys by downloading content. and just everything. i want to know EVERYTHING! how do you guys do it!? please teach me. i want to know what to download. what to do to cities?
