hello i am restarting my efforts. how can i make a good city? what i tried was to make a low income farming community and then i waited for commercial demand. then i zoned that and then i started zoning the low density to medium and added schools and hospitals and fire etc.. then i made high density residential to everything, i made a neighbor with mostly high density industrial and another neighbor with mostly high density commercial. its working pretty well and my main city has 100k people in it but i'm not really seeing any new changes. its just me constantly adding hospitals and schools as the population grows. what should i do next time? also do you first build a roadsystem or build zones?

Hi, I followed your suggestion and now the neighboring town is doing quite well. I have no room to expand so I tried to establish a new neighbor for this town, but every single RDI level was as low as possible.. Like the r$, r$$, r$$$, c$,c$$... they were all hitting the bottom of the chart what do i do?

Hi, Ok I followed your suggestions... New DI and Ag to the north, bunch of new r$ zones, ive put a elementary school, subway lines, bus stops.. Landfill to the east with an avenue connecting to the city...water lines. What do I do now??
