Well i think i see another problem don't depend on plopabble commercial buildings becuase some can ruin your demand and caps. By the way 40K people is decent enough sims to get to commute in rail. my city was about 47K people and you can see they use my rail always. Just remeber connection between trasportation is sometimes help to boost your train station used

I think you problem is you dont have a connecting trasportation. Its like when a sim arrive a station he/she need another transportation to get to where the sim is going. Place a bus, subways near your traain staion and you will see that passenger will increase like mine. See for yourself: First the zoom out pictures. Net will be the close-ups NOW for the close-up view As you can see there are bus stops and subways stations near my train stations. that is how i can boost the pasenger of that station. I have an idea how about go to a public library ( use a flash drive/removable drive) and download those dependecy their instead of asking here because no one cant to what your aasking because its illegal ( i think). P.S. if you donlt have a flash drive just use a blank CD and save it there because most public library nowadays have a CD-R Drive....hope it does in your are. Not bad steelersfanforlife , actually your 3+ million is small compare to mine i got 4.87 million commercial jobs and 3.54 million residence (large city)....by the end of the month i have extra income of about 35k. If you guys wandering why i got this high numbers because i used the CAM mod and and using the CAM growable residence and commercial where one CAM building houses about 20k sims and a CAM commerical building have jobs of 15-20k. so thats why i got those high numbers. By the way my city is just 3/4 full....ill make a CJ very soon if my city is full to capacity......................................the industrial and farms are adjacent of the city.

the only education is one elemetary..and that's it. The taxes are low like i put it 5.0 and the high-tech industry is 15.0....but the high-tech industry still building even the taxes for them is set to high and the dirty is set to low. Fire is low..police is low....water poluution is medium air pollution low ( if the dirty grow this will be high..thats what i want). So whats the problem.... most of the sim living in the city are low residential and some medium residential Any idea whats going on BY THE WAY this happen when i install the CAM (camelot)....high-tech always the one who build first then the medium.....then no dirty.

Hello guys, after i install the CAM (camelots) im having this problem where my dirty industry won't grow only medium and hi-tech building (most are hight -tech....the dirty ones seems dont want to grow..where are they..my industry looks dull wihtout this dirty ones..any suggestion why aren't they popping up.

mod is not too realistic how try this instead, its a PEG artificial tree..its really real and it exist in real life somewhre in USA LINK
