I vote for #3. mid-sized exclusive residential area.

I vote for #1, it would be cool to see a large CBD built up around either side of the peninsulas, a sort of grand entrance into the rest of the area once it is developed.

Hey WhiteShark, I was wondering if you use any mods for job demand? Do the Sims complain about their commute at all? BTW-I love the new residential areas to the south of your industry.
