    OK, finally fixed it. YOU ARE REQUIRED to get the EA files from the lot editor page : https://community.simtropolis.com/sc4-maxis-files/coolstuff/loteditor/loteditortool_01.php both 'buildings as props' files. You must register the game with your CD key to download. I gave it an 8 as it needed that info in the instructions, but the lot is fantastic.

    Same thing here, I have this on two installs of the game, neither show the building.

    bah I found it, after an hour of searching(and endless tangents downloading of course ), I found it in the MODS section of all places. DOH!
  4. Sorry to start a new thread but I've been looking for this file for a bit today. Someone had done cul-de-sacs that were displayed in a beautiful suburban neighborhood. I've seen the files from basic searches and they weren't up to the standards of this particular one. All of the others are either stub ends or don't match the width of the street. I could of sworn I had downloaded this already the instant I saw it but I can't for the life of me find it. Any help is appreciated! Thanks
