Add a new Blizzard / Snowstorm Effect from PEG Snow Mod. ADD A BLIZZARD OR SNOWSTORM (TERRAFORM) You can terraform to create a blizzard or snowstom effect on the mouse pick for disaster trigger should be choose water surface instead of terrain bed underneath, but there is no disaster anyway. It's a terraform only! When you pick the mouse to create a blizzard or snowstorm should be choose water surface instead of terrain bed underneath into beautiful, snow-covered Winter Wonderlands. LET IT SNOW... Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow... This is the first of several mods that will turn your normal temperate climate cities into beautiful, snow-covered Winter Wonderlands. Like similar artic or snow mods before it, this mod changes all terrain at all elevations into snow-covered terrain. It also replaces all of the game's default lot textures into matching snow. This is the primary mod of the collection. Others will soon follow that will complete the winter theme. Included in this mod are new textures for the terrain & replacements for all game default lot base and overlay textures... excluding hard surfaces such as concrete and asphalt which are used for walkways and parking lots, etc. The mod also includes a new texture set for the streets to insure that the snow extends all the way up to the street so no sidewalks or grassy areas will show. Highly recommended for use with this mod are the Swamper77 Blizzard.zip -
Terraform hand animation with image (fsh or png) files. I copy a SimCity 4 with a terraform, but I don't know how to get a work with image (FSH file) animation from terraform doesn't work, how to do it? I think it could be a possible on the Terrain Properties with the texture ID1 or something to do to find on the Simtroplis. I'm not happy now. So could you please to help me get a fix it then I will do it?

I want to get the animate in terraform with the FSH files but it doesn't work with all over the place like a Red Cross image. What about the cursor file together is moving around the images like a left, center, right, top and the bottom? Please help me out on here with an example.

I got an fsh file there but it doesn’t work with the terraform was missing it out to get the nothing with the animation. Yes, I got a God Mode there but it doesn’t work with the terraform I want to prepare a map using a package that outputs FSH files, then just use whatever package I like to convert it to a .jpg or if it doesn’t work to get an animate the image with the terraform. I would like to get a how to put the code with the Reader, for example is like an Exemplar file and FSH file need to put the together with the right place, but I don't know how to do it. I think it would be a TextureID1 or something out there. Please help me out on here for an example.

Terraform is working fine, but the image (FSH file) doesn't work with a terraform hand animation, how. I don't know how to get a work with image from a left, center, right. top, bottom on the screen.

A tropical disturbance in time can grow to a more intense stage by attaining a specified sustained wind speed. The progression of tropical disturbances can be seen in the three names below. Tropical Depression (0-38 mph) Tropical Storm (39-73 mph) Hurricane (Cat 1: 74-95 mph) Hurricane (Cat 2: 96-110 mph) Hurricane (Cat 3: 111-130 mph) Hurricane (Cat 4: 131-135 mph) Hurricane (Cat 5: 155 + mph) Hurricanes can often live for a long period of time -- as much as two to three weeks. They may initiate as a cluster of thunderstorms over the tropical ocean waters. Once a disturbance has become a tropical depression, the amount of time it takes to achieve the next stage, tropical storm, can take as little as half a day to as much as a couple of days. It may not happen at all. The same may occur for the amount of time a tropical storm needs to intensify into a hurricane. JIFF image doesn't do much in the SC4 world was remove it but they are two PNG files for ingame menus. Ok...screenshots.

GlobexCo, Good luck with your project, but you do need to add them with the Visual effect name 0 will work like the fireworks itself in old SC4 by the Effect. Keep up the good work.

yes, it is possible to add it like the fireworks in SC4 with the Visual effect name 0 is like rain, snow, fogs, thunder, shower, drizzle rain, storm, snowstorm anything of the weather mod etc.
