We must act quickly and setup an expeditionary troupe to investigate our prospect and to bring back the information outlining what the people need.

Without the lack of police enforcing the area, a small syndicate of the mafia has moved into Mayfina. Noone talks of the mafia as they have become strong in the abscence of (Nedal). Celebrations are held at the opening of Zenith Global Bank Tower throughout the night. Due to the recent radical actions of the city government, Zenith Global Bank has hired extra security to protect the bank and its customers. Unmarked security vehicles can be seen patrolling around the tower and adjacent blocks. Civilian clothed security personell patrol the tower's streets and interior by foot.
