There are no such options in the Custom Interchanges selection. There's something similar to what you're describing in the Overpass/Perpendicular Ramp menu, but the avenue takes the form of an overpass rather than a a bridge, and resultantly it doesn't look very natural over a sunken trench.

It's been two years since the sunken highway onramp/offramp tutorial was posted, and although it's still perfectly functional, I was wondering if there are as yet any pretty alternatives to this: I don't mind the ramps so much, but the highway transitioning to a one way transitioning to the highway is yeesh. For my purposes, I'd much rather have something pretty, functional, and non-Rural Highway-ish. Any recommendations?
