Does Maxis provide the latest version? Patches, etc. How do I tell what version I have? If I download a Maxis patch with NAM and other plugings already loaded will my game crash? I have a new computer and I need to download NAM again. I also need a whole bunch of the plugins, files that were under the former tab "Downloads". I think one made the water darker blue another let me dig pipes under steeper terrain than normal and so forth. I would greatly appreciate gaining access once more to the invaluable tools to creating a more enjoyable sim city experience. It is very DISTURBING that the "downloads" were ever taking away in the first place. Sincerly, Andrew
