    I have downloaded the Simoleon modd and only put one modd in the plugins folder as the text file suggests, but when I go to start a new city, the simoleons are not there. Can anyone help me with this?

    I am using the Simoleon modd that is currently number 8 on the top downloads list...which SC4 is that modd designed for? I do not have Rush Hour....yet.
