Hello there, ive read the walkthrough in gamefaqs but it does not help me.. im having a problem with my commercial.. it doesn`t developing.. all my commercial zone are havign a low customer (and there`s only 2 Commercial where high customer rate) what should I do? Im not having any problems in residential and industrial but why im having problem in commercial? my sims are not poor ( $$ ) and I put the best commute service I have between residentials and commerial (Buses, Monorail, Subway, Roads, Highways) and also covered with police coverage and Parkus.. P.S. I already patched my simcity4 deluxe and installed Netowork addons Mod thanks in advance

Core Duo 2.0 Ghz nVidia 8600 GT 2gigs of ram and Windows XP Pro Sp2 it keep crashing after around 2hrs past... T_T
