i think i kown your prob you aren't placeing eoungh venuas and you have too may work places problay. do you have any hosptails or churches or see waht the sims think. tell me if this is any help.

Boo i just bought sim city societies and its way better than sim city4.there is no zoneing though.Butt instead of having to wait for skyscrapers to build. you can just plop them done where ever you want and other diasters that you don't have in sim city 4.
