Would not bash you for playing sandbox-style. Once upon a time, I was a no cheat snob, but I'm beginning to see the virtue of each style of play: one to face the challenges of budget constraints forcing a pace to growth, and another to test the zoning/traffic/aesthetic/whatever-else theories that you might have. Mayor Tim, Greetings from the Mayor of Timopolis! These are great cities. The layouts look just right. The ratio of parks to development is nice. I'm curious about road layouts and such. Does this create any kind of budget problems for you, or do the zones fill quickly enough to recover?
