Great job on this. You answered the big question I had, which was, what is the optimal grid size. I know the answer is not definitive, but did let me know that my grids are Way to big. I tend to build in grids, but for me that is generally because the roads lay out in parallel straight lines the easiest. But I do like whomever mentioned the tree idea for the suburbs, I will try that.
