The lots from the sim city exchange main page( http://simcity.ea.com/exchange/lots/index.php ) does not allow you to select the download destination. It says it is downloaded into the plug-in folder, but the downloads are not there.
When trying to download, I get this box:
You are now ready to download your Lot from The SimCity 4 Lot Exchange.
This lot file will be placed in your '\My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins' folder.
Important Notes:
1.) The lot you are about to download may contain modified data which could cause unusual game behavior. Should you encounter a problem, we suggest deleting the asset from your Plugin's folder.
2.) You are about to download an asset that may have been created in a language other than the one you have installed on your computer. Importing assets across languages is inherently risky, and Maxis/EA is not responsible should you encounter difficulties. Should you encounter a problem, we suggest deleting the asset from your Plugin's folder.

After selecting next it begins the download. I've tried to select the destination but have not been able to do so. I have also tried to replace the file, but they still do not appear. Suggestions?
