Something that really annoys me is having a city that needs roads and freeways so that i can have can have cars and trucks cause the most pollution...I have tried to build a city with just trains, buses and a subway but my sims just cant resit the urge to drive everywhere even tho there arent any big carparks or wide boulevards, all i get is massive traffic chaos, and no one using any public transport. I am trying to make a city where the people rely on just getting around by foot or by bicycle and replacing freeways with bicycle paths and linear parks, obviously i would have to keep some kind of roads for emergency vehicles and buses but my sims keep driving on them. Also i am finding it impossible to make a Transit Oriented Development in SC4...
