First off, you've done a beautiful job with your city and I can't wait to see what else the region has in store. My only constructive critism I have for you is about the downtown area. Very rarely will zoning change from high density commerical to low density residential right away as it does in your city. I think the city could achieve a more realistic look if the skyscrapers gave way to lower density commercial, interspersed with some medium/ high density residential living. I think this would make the transition in zoning much more realistic.
