Hey there all.
Just started playing SC4 again, and I have never really used the plugins before much, so I was wondering what you all would recommend as the 'must haves'.
To let you know the type of player I am, I like the eye candy of course, but also like some realism. I have the deluxe edition.
I like my cities to have a wide variety of buildings, as opposed to the blocks and blocks of the same tenement side by side.
I usually play on easy, like to stay in the black.
I like to develop my cities more naturally - that is to say not do a huge grid of roads and other transportation networks and then backfill with RCI areas.
I like to do the whole interconnected cities in the regions - each city having a little bit of a niche or purpose.
I like to have neighborhoods that look more unique, not 6x6 plots - but find this hard to do - any tips?
I do not care for things that are really exploity - I need to have some challenge!!
I know the NAM is pretty much a must have for transportation systems.
If there is a topic like this already, please forgive me. I did read through the newcomers thread, but wanted to get a bit more specific for the type of player I am.
Thanks
