Hi, I have zoned some agriculture slots and most of the time, the demand goes down to zero and never goes back up over time. Is there a mod I have to download orany strategy on the game to build some farms? Thanks.

I'd say that sertain desasters should occur due to the positon of the city is at on the globe and in its seasons. for example if u live in the tropics you'll likely get hurricanes or just rain during the summer in ur city or near the poles u might get a blizzard in the winter and probably snow melting in the summer.
