  1. I am experiencing this problem aswell, however, I have SC4 with Rush Hour all registered with EA and got the update from the official site, yet all the awesome Bixel HK buildings and everything else I downloaded remain in the dark! If anyone knows how to sort out this problem, I would be very grateful! Thank you, Jon

    Can anyone HELP me please!?! Every download i have does not light up at night - is there a setting or something i need? Makes my city look really dull...

    This building lloks great! The other buildings in the background also look fantastic - are they available to download aswell or not?
