Great job so far. I'm more than a little impressed. I've been considering trying the same thing with the Metro Toronto region. The terraforming should actually be somewhat more straightforward due to the relatively "flat" nature of the area, although still perhaps beyond my capabilities. As an aid to my attempt, what is the equation you speak of that you use to get accurate placement of roads/rail/etc.? I assume the same equation aided you in accurately placing waterways and other terraforming details. Keep up the good work.
