    I found it seemed to be a video driver problem since switching to the Omega drivers made this weirdness go away. I tried the Catalyst 7.12 but that borked me able to load any 3d game.

  5. I have a 20" Samsung LCD widescreen that I suspect is causing this...why would it be doing this? I had no problems playing with my 17" LCD monitor. http://img300.imageshack.us/my.php?image=simcity4200801111430515hz9.jpg http://img156.imageshack.us/my.php?image=simcity4200801112048351cb2.jpg It clears up when I zoom in/out or scrolling enough somewhere. I would love to have this issue fixed for good.
