Problem with night lights from downloaded buildings

I have downloaded many buildings from STEX including the WTC Complex and World Financial Centers, and many more. In the pictures on the website, the buildings are lit up, but when I download them and place them in my city none of the buildings light up. Does Anyone know whats wrong? Edit: Never mind I found out how to fix it, had to install some updates. -

help, the towers are not lighting up at night nor is any other part of the complex
